"Make sure you weave your parachute every day, rather than leave it to the time you have to jump out of the plane." Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Difficult things will happen to all of us at some point in our lives. Lots of little things and likely a few big things. The question is not if, but how we must deal with them. Mindfulness is a considerable help in dealing with the challenges we must face - letting us ‘float down’ gently and kindly; and ensuring that we ‘weave our parachute everyday’.
Following a significant bereavement in 2018, I have found meditation practice and mindfulness to be a considerable support. These have provided me with both hope, and the practical skills to discover different way of living, and a new way to live.
My quest is to use mindfulness as a tool to support individuals and businesses in the areas of wellbeing, productivity and an overall improved approach to living. My approach combines a passion for mindfulness, a range of teaching qualifications and understanding of the business world based on 30+ years experience.
